A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), The Surge Circle Empowerment Foundation, has engaged Senior Secondary students of Emotan Girls College, Benin City, in prioritizing education, discipline, and personal development.

The foundation also provided educational support to the students as part of its commitment to youth empowerment.

Ofure Anetor reports that the program was part of the organization’s strategy to promote an educational foundation for youths and prepare them for their future roles as agents of development.
