Artificial Intelligence, AI, has been described as a present-day tool that can redefine how nations confront insecurity, anticipate threats and secure their future.
This was the central message delivered by former Chief of Defence Staff of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Lucky Irabor (Rtd.), at the 2026 Annual Lecture Series of the College of Arts and Social Sciences of Nigeria’s premier private university, Igbinedion University, Okada.
