Many beneficiaries on Thursday expressed deep appreciation to the founders of BISAM Care Foundation when the body held its 4th Anniversary Free Medical Outreach at Emotan Secondary School, Benin City, the alma mater of late Mrs. Olabisi Amenze Osagie, in whose honour the foundation was established.
