The Department of State Services (DSS) has arraigned former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on a five-count amended charge bordering on alleged breach of national security.
El-Rufai, who appeared before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja, pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Joseph Kadiri reports that the matter has been adjourned to May 18 for the commencement of the trial.
