Former Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson, has welcomed Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso into the Nigerian Democratic Congress.
In a post on his verified X handle, Dickson described their entry as a boost to efforts to build a strong and value-driven political platform.
He expressed optimism that their involvement will strengthen the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
At their reception in Abuja, both leaders called for unity and urged members to avoid internal disputes.
They said their decision was driven by the need for a stable platform focused on national development, youth empowerment, and unity.
