The US Ambassador to Nigeria, Richard Mills, has said that the American Government has launched a new commercial sub-Africa strategy of trade between Nigeria and Africa in place of aid.
The US Ambassador, in a Stakeholders meeting at the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos Business School, on the Island, said the New Approach of the US Mission is an investment in Commercial Diplomacy.
