Some Benin City residents have expressed concern over the low or near absence of political campaigns, attributing the trend to the growing use of social media, the high cost of physical campaigns, and the long period between the commencement of campaigns and election day.
The residents who spoke with ITV Correspondent, Patience Osarogiuwa, said that, compared with previous pre-election seasons, there are fewer rallies, branded vehicles, and street-to-street mobilization across the metropolis.
