The fight against cancer is receiving renewed attention in Benin City, where female legal practitioners and health advocates have taken their message to the streets, promoting early detection, regular medical screening and timely treatment as vital steps towards saving lives.

The awareness walk, organised by the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum, Edo State Chapter, in partnership with health and media organisations, highlighted the need for sustained public enlightenment on the dangers of cancer.
