The Deputy Governor of Edo State Engineer Godwins Marvellous Omobayo has said the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has the capacity of changing the narrative of delivering on its mandate of making a positive difference in the lives of the people and enhancing the economic prosperity of the Niger Delta Region.

Engineer Godwins Marvellous Omobayo, made the remark on Tuesday when he represented the state Governor Mr. Godwin Obaseki at the sixth annual meeting of the National Council on Niger Delta, NCND, hosted by Delta State government.
