For residents of Ifeku Island in Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State, living surrounded by water presents daily challenges, raising concerns over access to healthcare, education, transportation, and other essential services.

As flood-related difficulties continue to shape life in the community, residents are appealing to government and relevant authorities not to leave them behind in the quest for development.

Anthony Igbanor, ITV Edo North Correspondent, reports.
