Hon. Nosa Bernard has officially declared his intention to contest the Ovia South-West Constituency Seat, Edo State House of Assembly under the platform of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

Ehis Uhunamure reports that the declaration, which took place at the APC Secretariat along Siluko Road in Benin City on Wednesday, attracted party leaders, supporters, and stakeholders from across the constituency.
