The case filed by a governorship aspirant under the platform of the Labour Party m in Edo State, Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon, asking the court to disqualify the governorship candidate of the party, Barrister Olumide Akpata, SAN from contesting the September 21, 2024 governorship election came up for hearing on Monday

The defendant, Barrister Olumide Akpata was however absent in court.
