Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has commended journalists in the state for their sacrifices and contributions to Nigeria’s democracy, national unity and peace, describing the media as a critical partner in nation-building.

‎The governor made the remarks on Tuesday when he granted an audience to the leadership and members of the Edo State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists at Government House, Benin City.
