A former member representing Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area on Edo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (EDSOPADEC) and aspirant for the Egor and Ikpoba-Okha Federal Constituency seat, Hon. Felix Osaze Igbinovia, has assured constituents of effective representation if nominated to contest the House of Representatives seat.

He gave the assurance during his official declaration at the Ikpoba-Okha APC secretariat on Upper Sakponba Road, Benin City, where he was received by all ten ward leaders.
