Personnel of the Edo State Police Command have arrested a suspected kidnapper, Sunday Irabor, during a raid at a hotel near Oluku Market in Benin City.
Esther Ofonime reports that the arrest followed intelligence received by personnel of the Ekiadolor Police Division on September 8, 2026.
