Edo state house of Assembly on Monday impeached the state deputy governor comrade Phillip Shaibu.

The deputy governor was impeached after the house considered the report by the seven man judicial panel.

Assembly Correspondent Favour Osaro reports that a head count of eighteen out of nineteen lawmakers voted in support of the impeachment while one Legislator voted against.
