Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has urged permanent secretaries in the state civil service to uphold accountability, transparency and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.

He made the remarks while declaring open a two-day Strategic Leadership and Orientation Retreat for Permanent Secretaries, aimed at strengthening leadership and improving service delivery.
