Edo State Police Command has arrested a twenty seven year old Man Uwaddiae Airhienbuwa with a fresh human head in Benin City.

CSP Joel Yamu who disclosed this said the suspect who allegedly carried out mayhem in Obazagbon Community leading to loss of lives have been charged to Court.
