Oredo government council has been struck out from the suit filed by the suspended Chairman, Doctor Tom Obaseki, and his Deputy, Ero, over their alleged suspension from office.
The trial judge, Justice O. Obhiaghele, gave the ruling on Friday during the resumed hearing of the case.
