Some clergy men in Benin City have cautioned Ministers of God in politics not to abandon their main mandates, which is the propagation of the Gospel, for any elective office.

Jonah Omorowa, who sampled their opinions of whether or not a minister of God should seek elective positions, quotes them as saying that there is no higher calling than that of God.
