Edo State Commissioner of Education, Doctor Joan Osa Oviawe has congratulated Miss Chimamanda Onochie, a student of Igbinedion Educational Centre, Benin City for emerging as the overall best female student in the 2022 NECO Examination.

The Commissioner conveyed her felicitation to Chimamanda when she granted audience to Management staff and students of Igbinedion Educational Centre.
