In a renewed effort to restore failed roads and ease the hardship faced by motorists, Uhunmwonde Local Government has moved heavy-duty equipment to Idokpa Bypass section of the Benin–Auchi Road.

Oluwafemi Farayola reports that the intervention, led by the Chairman, Hon. Austin Imafidon, comes on the fourth day of the council’s ongoing remedial road rehabilitation across critical routes in the local government area.
