The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Edo State Chapter, has held its 2026 Plenary Session, bringing together Christians from different denominations for prayers, fellowship, and discussions on issues affecting the Church, the state, and the general welfare of the people.

The event, held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub, Airport Road, Benin City, had as its theme, Righteousness Exalts a Nation: Imperatives of good governance and credible elections in Nigeria, drawn from Proverbs fourteen: thirty-four.
