As construction work begins on the second fly-over Bridge at Adesuwa junction, along Sapele Road, Benin City, residents and road users in Benin City are apprehensive that the hardship currently experienced at the site of ongoing construction of the first fly-over at Ramat Park, Ikpoba Hill, may also befall them.
Jonah Omorowa reports that houses and fences affected are being demolished to pave way for the second flyover bridge project.
