A non-governmental organisation known as Vasco Skills Development Foundation, has announced a free Skills acquisition programme for members of the public in Benin City as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

Pius Nsogho reports that the organization led by its founder, Ambassador Vasco Evbayemwenru, went round some major streets in Benin City sensitizing members of the public to take advantage of the free skills -acquisition offer.
