Utesi Community in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area has appointed Osarumwense Airumwona as Operation Leader of the community and Efe Omoregie as Assistant Operatoons Leader, while Philip Igbinedion was appointed as Ogaevbo.

The appointment was announced at a general meeting at the residence of the Odionwere, Pa. Aghayangbon Akele Uyiguoba in the community.
