UK-based Pastor and philanthropist, Bishop and Mrs. Cristina Gregory Osborn Eromomene, have congratulated Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on his affirmation as winner of the September 21, 202,4, governorship election.
In a congratulatory message, Bishop and Mrs. Cristina Gregory Osborn Eromomene, who hail from Udomi and Governor Monday Okpebholo, being his uncle said the affirmation of Governor Okpebholo’s victory is a testament that the votes of Edo people really count.
Bishop Gregory Osborn Eromomene said the Supreme Court dismissal of the appeal filed by Doctor Asue Ighodalo and his party, the People’s Democratic Party is a right decision which will make Governor Okpebholo settle down to business of governance and deliver dividends of democracy to Edo State people as he has started well in his few months in office, especially the fly-over bridge at Ramat Park, Benin City.
Both described Senator Monday Okpebholo and his Deputy, Dennis Idahosa, as men of the people who will use their wealth of experience to transform Edo State in all sectors of the economy
