Traders and artisans along the Powerline at Etete GRA, Benin City, have protested the demolition of their shops by the Edo State Government through the Ministry of Development and Building Control Agency.
The traders said they had previously received evacuation notices but claimed they have nowhere else to go, describing the demolition as a halt to their source of livelihood.
