Tension gripped residents in and around Akugbe Street by Oliha Market in Benin City, following the killing of a young man and revenue collector for drivers on wheel, identified as Emma, suspected to be a victim of cult-related violence.
Eyewitnesses say the assailants pursued the victim before opening fire, leaving him with multiple gunshot wounds.
