President Muhammadu Buhari has declared his administration’s commitment to using football for the development of the girl-child.
The president stated this when he received the Federation of International Football Association FIFA delegation led by its president Gianni Infantino and the president of the confederation of African Football CAF Patrice Motsepe, at the statehouse, Abuja.
Tolulope Oguntimehin reports that during the visit, President Buhari was presented with a number 10 jersey and a football.
