The Scout Association of Nigeria, Edo State Council, has described the Esama of Benin, Sir Chief Dr. Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, as a hero and pioneer of the scouting movement in Nigeria.
This recognition came during a courtesy visit to his residence in Benin City in celebration of his 91st birthday.
