As part of his constituency project, the member representing Esan West, Esan Central and Igueben Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun on Sunday distributed vehicles, motorcycles, deep freezers, bags of rice and twenty million Naira cash to party leaders and executive members across his constituency as part of his empowerment program.
