No fewer than forty youths in Benin City have received hands-on training in solar installation, photography and videography, as part of efforts to promote self-reliance and tackle unemployment.

The capacity-building programme was organised by Eleven Rotary Clubs and four Rotaract Clubs in Benin, under District 9141, in collaboration with the National Directorate of Employment.

Patience Osarogiuwa reports that the one-day seminar was held at the NDE office along Upper Mission Road in Benin City.
