As the reconstruction of Benin-Auchi express road continues to record appreciable progress at the Ekpoma axis of the road, residents of Ukpenu and Ujoelen communities have made passionate appeals to the contractor handling the project to find an urgent solution to the threat to their houses by the erosion diverted from the road to their communities.
Edo Central Correspondent, Chris Omijie, reports that the residents expressed fear of being swept away by massive erosion whenever it rains.
