A statement released by the Police Command spokesperson, CSP Joel Yamu, says the Visit was parts of proactive security measures aimed at preventing the dispute from degenerating into total Chaos.

During the engagement, CP Agbonika and the Army Commander Brigadier General Ebenezer Olusesan Oduyebor met with traditional Rulers, youth Leaders, and other key community stakeholders from both Ahor and Uselu.

The leaders used the platform to advocate for peaceful coexistence, urging residents to exercise restraint and allow the appropriate government authorities to handle the final resolution of the boundary issue.

The Commissioner of Police emphasized the impartial role of security agencies in such matters, assuring that ongoing surveillance and deployments will be sustained to prevent any breakdown of law and order.
