Edo State Ministry of Education has announced the postponement of public and private schools’ resumption across Edo Central senatorial district till further notice.
In a statement signed by the Commissioner of Education, Dr. Emmanuel Paddy Iyamu, says the postponement is to enable the ministry to address some exigencies to improve the welfare of children before a new date will be communicated.
Edo Central Correspondent, Chris Omijie, who monitored the level of compliance reports that schools visited across the district complied with the directive.
