The Chairman of Ovia North East Local Government Mr. Omoruyi Igbinake, on Saturday monitored the monthly environmental sanitation as directed by Governor Monday Okpebholo, to ensure a cleaner environment in the local government area.

Mr. Igbinake also took stringent measures to ensure that defaulters of the exercise were penalized.
