As part of Motivation, Lift Above Poverty Organisation, LAPO, has rewarded 680 staff of the institution for long service, Dedication, and hard work, which positioned the organisation in a global space.

The founder of LAPO, Dr. Godwin Ehigiamusoe, stated this at the 2025 Annual LAPO Staff Meritorious and Long Service Award held in Benin City.
