The Youth Leader of Okhuoromi Community, popularly known as Okaighile, Mr. Igbinosun Oduwa Paul, on behalf of the Elders and People of Okhuoromi Community has felicitated with the Eldest Man in the Community, known as Odionwere, Pa John Oghagbon Edosomwan on the occasion of his one hundred and fourth birthday.
The Okaighele, Mr. Igbinosun Oduwa Paul in a statement he personally signed extolled the leadership qualities of the centenarian, who is the okaegbe of Aigbe family and administrative head of Okhuoromi Community in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State.
Mr. Igbinosun Oduwa Paul, urged aggrieved indigenes of Okhoromi Community to see the ripe age of the Odionwere as a prospect to unite for the overall development of the community and forget past acrimony.
The Okaighile of Okhoromi Community also expressed his unreserved gratitude to the Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo and his Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Ukuakpolokpolo Oba Ewuare the Second for their timely intervention in halting the crisis, which rocked the Community in time past.
He added that since the intervention of the Governor and his Royal Majesty, peace has returned to Okhuoromi Community, under the distinguished leadership of the Odionwere, Pa John Oghagbon Edosomwan.
