As part of the rites to be performed by the newly initiated Edion in Okada town, the initiates led by Chief Elder Ogbeide Uwumwonse have visited the Esama of Benin, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion at his Okada country home residence to appreciate him for his role in the success of their ceremony.
Pius Nsogho reports that the new Edion later converged at the Oguedion, where they were given tips by the elders of Okada on how to function in their new office.
