Hon. Macaulay Obiku has formally declared his intention to contest the Esan North East House of Assembly seat under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Francesca Igenegbale reports that the event, held at Ward Seven in Esan North East Local Government Area, attracted party supporters and community leaders, including the Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Matthew Ojiebule; a former federal lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Friday Itula; and other prominent APC leaders.
