A new chapter has begun in Obagie Nokenkporo Community, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area, as residents gathered to celebrate the house-warming ceremony of their Odionwere, Pa Napoleon Igue.
The colourful event drew several dignitaries, men, women, elders, and well-wishers from neighbouring communities, all united in honour of the Odionwere, known as the traditional head of Obagie Nokenkporo community.
