Practical lifesaving skills, response to cardiac arrest, and choking emergencies formed part of deliberations during a one-day training organized by the Nigerian Medical Association, Edo State branch, in collaboration with Blue Light Emergency Service.

Ibrahim Adedeji reports that the event held at Doctors’ House, Ugbowo in Benin City is a collaboration between the two organizations in taking a bold step towards strengthening emergency care response through Basic Life Support training for caregivers.
