The Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB) has partnered with West Africa Ceramics Limited to provide training and capacity development for construction artisans.
Joy Obarisiagbon reports that the collaboration was announced by the Chairman of the Nigeria Institute of Building, Edo State Chapter, Evans Idahosa, during a press conference held at the NIOB Secretariat along Murtala Mohammed Way in Benin City.
