Professional builders in Edo State have been urged to ensure proper client engagement, satisfaction, and effective management of construction impacts within the built environment.

The charge was given at the Ninth Investiture, Award, and Inauguration Ceremony of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Edo State Chapter, held at the Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub in Benin City.
