Supreme Court Dismisses PDP’s Suit Challenging Double Nomination Of Shettima
The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the suit filed by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP challenging the alleged double Nomination of the Vice President-elect, Kassim Shettima. Justice Adamu Jauro who delivered the judgement says the suit lacks merit as it is an internal affair of the APC.
