PDP challenges the right of EDSIEC to appeal

The right of EDSIEC to file an appeal in the ongoing Edo State Local Government Election Appeal Tribunal was today challenged by Counsel to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Kingsley Obamogie, Esquire.

Pius Nsogho reports that the lower tribunal had earlier ruled against EDSIEC for cancelling elections in Ward Two and Four in Esan North East Local Government, while declaring PDP Councilors as winners in the Wards.
