INEC berths at Edo NUJ Secretariat for Journalists, others

Officials of the Independent Electoral Commission today were at the Secretariat of the Edo State Council of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Benin City to register both practicing Members of the Union and associates.

Sharon Ajayi reports that the Union`s Chairman, Comrade Festus Alenkhe attributed the invitation of the INEC Officials to the crucial need to ensure that journalists are not disenfranchised in the next Election.
