Okada, the administrative headquarters of Ovia North East Local Government, Edo State literally stood still when the executive and members of the working committee of Edo State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Visited the areas on a sensitization tour.
The rally which could best be described as a carnival attracted a large turn out of inhabitants under the umbrella of Esama Solidarity Movement.
