Governor of Delta State Doctor Ifeanyi Okowa has expressed concern over the high rate of youth unemployment as the bane behind insecurity across Nigeria.
The Governor made the remark when he granted audience to participants of Course forty-four of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna State at Government House Asaba who were on a study tour of eight states across the country.
